PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience of a player. SOLUTION: In the counter 10, a mobile terminal authentication part 340 for obtaining mobile terminal identification information from an IC chip incorporated in a mobile terminal 200 carried by the player is arranged at a side part of a touch panel 11, thereby the counter 10 allows the player to use the mobile terminal 200 instead of a membership card as a member specifying medium even though the player does not carry the membership card and allows the player to easily recognize the position of the mobile terminal authentication part 340 when membership service is provided.
