<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation and color change of vitamins such as vitamin C and various kinds of amino acids by heating as much as possible without changing flavor in a method for drying a liquid food by a spray-drying method. <P>SOLUTION: The dried food is produced by forming a mannitol-containing liquid food by adding the mannitol to the liquid food such as teas, fruit juice, vegetable juice and milk, and spray-drying the resultant liquid food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
