<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus location system for allowing a user to easily determine a type of a bus (a bus with a lift, a non-step bus, a one-step bus, a two-step bus, etc.) approaching a bus stop. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 2 updates information on an operation status displayed on a display panel 2A based on display information when receiving display information from a central control device 1, then a type of a bus 3 is provided to the user while notifying the user about the location of the bus 3 for each route. Fig.2 shows one embodiment of information to be displayed on the display panel 2A. In the figure, the bus 3 of route 1 is a one-step bus which is traveling between the next bus stop and the next station but one.
