PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pumping device not causing hammering at a destination of a pressure-fed liquid when opening an exhaust valve and closing an air supply valve. SOLUTION: The liquid pumping device includes: the air supply valve 20 disposed at a working steam inlet port 11; an exhaust valve 21 disposed at a working steam discharge port 13; an inflow-side check valve 67 disposed at a liquid inflow port 16 and opened from the outside toward the liquid inflow port 16; and a liquid discharge port on/off-valve 19 disposed at the liquid discharge port 17. A float 3 and a snap mechanism 5 are incorporated in a sealed vessel 2. The snap mechanism 5 has a float arm 51, a sub-arm 52, and a coil spring 54. The liquid discharge port on/off-valve 19 is connected to the sub-arm 52. The liquid discharge port on/off-valve 19 is closed when the exhaust valve 21 is opened and the air supply valve 20 is closed, and the liquid discharge port on/off-valve 19 is opened when the exhaust valve 21 is closed and the air supply 20 is opened.
