SOLUTION: In the method and the device for guiding the gas flow (5) in the industrial furnace (1) for applying a heat-treatment to metallic material/metallic half-finished product; the method and the device, with which the original gas flow (6) flowing to one direction, is guided toward plurality of surfaces (2.2) set with mutually intervals (2.7) and the original gas flow (6) among the surfaces (2.2), is divided into the flowing direction (7) changing the direction from the original flowing direction (6) and guided to treating members (1.1) by uniforming and equalizing the gas flow, and in this result, the gas flow (5) directed toward the charging material, is improved to the heat-treatment and the cooling efficiency to reduce the energy consumed amount, are provided.
