PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and faithfully reproduce a fluorescent image even if the fluorescent image is included in a document image. SOLUTION: A document is irradiated with visible light emitted from a first light source, and reflection light thereof is received to capture image data Rin, Gin, Bin(S1). The document is irradiated with ultraviolet light emitted from a second light source, and reflection light thereof is received to capture image data Ruv, Guv, Buv(S2). Color correction processing is performed by reading corresponding image data from a color correction table prestored with image data subjected to color correction processing corresponding to combinations of Rin, Gin, Bin, Ruv, Guv, Buv(S7).
