摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts, an axial dimension and weight without providing part for exclusive use of parking lock in a transmission of a structure providing a synchronizing device on an input shaft. SOLUTION: The transmission 1 includes the input shaft 11 supporting a drive gear 12, an output shaft 20 fixed with a driven gear 22 meshing with the drive gear 12, and the synchronizing device 61 switching possibility and impossibility of relative movement of the drive gear 12 by a sleeve 66 on the input shaft 11. A parking lock mechanism 80 in the transmission includes a parking gear 81 formed on the outer periphery 66a of the sleeve 66 of the synchronizing device 61 and a parking pole 82 installed to be engageable with and disengageable from the parking gear 81. When the parking pole 82 is engaged with the parking gear 81 and rotation of the sleeve 66 is fixed, irrespectively of the axial position of the sleeve 66, rotation of the drive gear 12 is fixed and the output shaft 20 is locked.
