PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling implement for the body, for suppressing perspiration at a part where perspiration is remarkable in a human body and making a comfortable cool feeling be felt for a long time at the part as a first subject; to provide the cooling implement for the body, for improving the joy, excitement and fellow feeling, etc., of a wearer by a formed object in a three-dimensional shape suited to a hobby/taste, an animation character or the like for instance, as a second subject; and to provide the cooling implement for the body, for suppressing the discharge of a greenhouse gas and preventing global warming by raising the indoor setting temperature of an air conditioner or the like by 1-2°C as a third subject. SOLUTION: The cooling implement K1 includes a body 1, a refrigerant material 2 with a water holding property, moisture absorbability and expansibility, which is enclosed inside the body 1, and a cloth body 3 composed of highly water absorptive fibers forming the outer material of the body 1.
