摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To industrially advantageously provide a nickel-manganese-cobalt based complex oxide and a laminar lithium-nickel-manganese-cobalt based complex oxide capable of obtaining a lithium secondary cell having high capacity, excellent rate characteristics, high temperature cycle characteristics and a good performance balance. <P>SOLUTION: The laminar lithium-nickel-manganese-cobalt based complex oxide is obtained by using a nickel-manganese-cobalt based complex oxide being a single phase of a complex oxide having a spinel structure represented by a specific formula as a precursor. The secondary particles are formed by aggregation of primary particles, a standard deviation (s) of an average primary particle diameter is 0.15 or less, and each element of nickel, manganese and cobalt is uniformly dispersed.
