<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device with catches more easily incorporated in a jack or an actuator based on an electromechanical technology. <P>SOLUTION: This lock device locks first and second elements with each other that are movable relative to each other in an axial direction. The device includes a bushing 10 fixed to the first element and including the catches that are elastically deformable, an anchor part 20 fixed to the second element and including an annular setback 23 for receiving the ends of the catches, and a lock sleeve 30 attached movably relative to the catches between a releasing position and a blocking position. When the lock sleeve is located at the releasing position, gaps agree with the catches, and the catches freely bend by the action of the movement of the anchor part. When the lock sleeve is located at the blocking position, the gaps deviate from the catches, and the catches agree with obstacles of the lock sleeve.
