<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembly of a sleeve on a torque converter into a sprocket on a casing during the assembly of the torque converter by preventing corotation of the sprocket with the sleeve. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission 1 includes the sleeve 20 mounted on a pump impeller 41 of the torque converter TC, and the oil pump driving sprocket 30 fixedly fitted in the sleeve 20. The sprocket 30 is supported by a radial bearing 40 arranged on an outer circumferential side. The radial bearing 40 supports the sprocket 30 such that the sprocket 30 can be axially moved, during the assembly of the sleeve 20 into the sprocket 30 by fitting of spline teeth 35 and 25 of the sprocket 30 and sleeve 20, thereby the sprocket 30 pressed by the sleeve 20 is axially moved onto a flange 15 and prevented from rotating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
