<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for training of chewing and swallowing action, having lessened risk of aspiration to safely undertake direct training, and effective for promoting chewing and swallowing actions. <P>SOLUTION: The chewing and swallowing training composition to be added to a food includes an edible oil and a gelatinous material.
