<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article which permits not only a healthy person but also a visually-handicapped person to decide about the timing of replacing a diaper from the amount of absorbed excretion. <P>SOLUTION: The diaper 1A as one embodiment of this invention includes an obverse sheet 2, a reverse sheet 3, and a rectangular absorber 4 arranged between the sheets 2 and 3. The diaper 1A has a first aroma section 5 and a second aroma section 6 which emit aromas by coming into contact with the excretion. The first aroma section 5 and the second aroma section 6 are given mutually different aromas.
