<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a lining body of a shield tunnel, and a soil-cement-filled segment by which the earth produced in shield construction work etc. can be effectively used. <P>SOLUTION: At least a hardening material like cement and water are added to and mixed with the earth produced in the shield construction work etc. to obtain soil cement S.
