<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device high in reception sensitivity, reduced in the size and weight thereof, and sufficiently demonstrating an impact-resistant-cushioning effect even when receiving an impact from the outside, and to provide a radiowave reception apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna structure 70 is arranged in an antenna support member 15 constituting impact-absorbing members 16, 17 arranged between an inner peripheral surface of a case body 7 and an outer peripheral surface of a plate-like timepiece module member 4. A core 71 of the antenna structure 70 is formed with a plurality of plate-like members for a core arranged by being superposed on one another in a transverse direction orthogonal to the thickness direction of the plate-like timepiece module member 4, and bent parts 712, 712 extending from both its ends are arranged to extend along the outer peripheral surface of the plate-like timepiece module member 4.
