<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device which can insert an image by a unit smaller than an access unit of an image memory, and an electronic device or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes a memory controller 140, and a read modify write circuit 160. When the number of bits of each pixel of a first image data stored in an image memory 20 is N bits (N is a natural number), the number of rewrite unit bits of the first image data is M bits (M is a natural number of M≥N), and the number of bits accessible once to the image memory 20 of the memory controller 140 is L bits (L is a natural number of L>M), the read modify write circuit 160 rewrites the pixel data of the first image data corresponding to an active write enable signal among L/M (L and M are natural number multiples of N) write enable signals with pixel data corresponding to second image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
