<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indirect matrix converter capable of avoiding an increase of cost of a control circuit by simplifying control processing of an inverter circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In the indirect matrix converter, by generating a converter-side carrier WAV2 in reference to an inverter-side carrier WAV1, processing for generating the inverter-side carrier WAV1 is minimized in the inverter circuit 170, and another control processing for controlling the inverter circuit 140 is effectively assigned via the inverter circuit 170. There is more room for hardware resources in a converter control circuit 120 than in the inverter control circuit 170, although generation processing of the converter-side carrier WAV2 becomes complex, so that control processing required by the converter circuit 120 can be assigned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
