<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing<SP>99m</SP>Tc having a high radioactivity solution concentration required for the diagnostic imaging of diseases including cancer, myocardial infarction and cerebral apoplexy at high purity in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: Using an elute of pure water,<SP>99m</SP>Tc is eluted from a polymer zirconium compound (PZC) in a generator 100, a ketone-based organic solvent is mixed into the obtained<SP>99m</SP>Tc elute, the<SP>99m</SP>Tc in the<SP>99m</SP>Tc elute is selectively extracted with the ketone-based organic solvent, and thereafter, the ketone-based organic solvent is removed by heating to obtain high purity and high concentration<SP>99m</SP>Tc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
