<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of adjusting a looper by which the adjustment of a reference point of an angle measuring device properly even when defects are generated in the interior of a shaft coupling and a method of inspecting the looper, by which the existence of the defects and the degree of the defects in the inside of the coupling in the looper in which looper rolls are provided on the side of a mechanical stopper than the shaft coupling and the angle measuring device is provided on the side of a power generator unit than the shaft coupling. <P>SOLUTION: In this method of adjusting the looper, the adjustment of the reference point of the angle measuring device is performed in the state where the power unit is operated and the looper is fixed to the upper limit or the intermediate position of the movable range and, in the method of inspecting the looper, the method of adjusting the looper is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
