BINDER FOR BATTERY ELECTRODE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder for a battery electrode capable of improving adhesion and binding force in rolling of an electrode sheet, the breaking resistance of the electrode sheet, and the capacity maintenance rate of a battery. SOLUTION: The binder for the battery electrode contains a copolymer latex containing 35-60 wt.% of a carboxy-modified styrene-butadiene copolymer latex (A) having a glass transition temperature of -40 to -5°C and 40-65 wt.% of a carboxy-modified styrene-butadiene copolymer latex (B) having a glass transition temperature of 0 to 80°C.
