PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof material with a vault which has an outer periphery fixed for properly maintaining load resistance and a feeling of walking by solving problems of an impact sound and a living sound on a floor, and to provide a vibration-proof method. SOLUTION: While a floor-post-footing molding form 13 having a groove recess 3 with a diameter of 60 mmΦis used as a fixing base material, the vibration-proof material 1 with the vault is placed thereon and the outer periphery of the vibration-proof material 1 is fixed to the floor-post-footing molding form 13 with a screw 17 using a fixing washer 16. Furthermore, mortar 15 is infilled and solidified in the floor-post-footing molding form 13 so as to constitute a floor post footing 2 for the vibration-proof material with the vault, and the plurality of floor post footings 2 are installed and fixed on the foundation such as the ground, a concrete slab or the like by means of the mortar 15. A turnbuckle 11 and a floor-retainer-fixing bracket 12 are used for waking the floor post footing 2 into the adjustable floor post. The floor retainer 6 is fixed to the floor-retainer-fixing bracket 12 by means of the screw 17, and floor joist assembling is performed by using a floor joist 7 to be finished by a floor board 8, so that the inexpensive and easily-adjustable vibration-proof material can be constructed.
