PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching elastic members (rods) 17-19 elastically supporting occupants easy in attaching the rods 17-19 and hardly allowing coming-off. SOLUTION: Pairs of locking pieces 31-36 mutually facing in opposite directions and swelling out in a front direction are formed on a surface of a lower side member 15. A pair of locking pieces 31, 32 swell out higher than other locking pieces 33-36 and are longer. When the rods 17-19 are inserted between a rear direction side face 31a of one locking piece and a front direction side face 34b of another locking piece to attach the rods 17-19, at least the one locking piece is deformed to a front direction side. In a state of the rods inserted to a back side of a rear direction side face of the one locking piece, the rods reach a position ahead of tip ends of the other locking pieces 33-36 and the tip ends face against rod side faces and movement to a direction opposite to insertion of the rods is prevented by abutment of the tip ends on the rod side faces.
