PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide terminal information which satisfies the desired service requirements to a service user. SOLUTION: An information communication system includes a first communication device having a short-range wireless communication means, one or a plurality of devices, a second communication device, a communication terminal information storage means which stores the information about the first communication device, a means of service provision, a device information storage means which stores the attribute information about provision of communication service of each device for every network address of short-range wireless communication, a retrieval request means which requests the first communication device to retrieve a neighborhood device upon receiving a request of communication service including a designation of the first desired communication device from the second communication device, an attribute retrieval means for retrieving the attribute information of a device based on the network address of short-range wireless communication from the first communication device, and a service information transmission means for transmitting each piece of attribute information to the second communication device as the service information, wherein the second communication device performs communication service of each device based on the service information.
