PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an appearance inspection by a contrast of a cylindrical crimp terminal to a background thereof without rotating the cylindrical crimp terminal and a camera by 360°. SOLUTION: An appearance inspection apparatus includes: a support part 20 supporting the cylindrical crimp terminal 110; a plurality of odd number of cameras 40 which can image the cylindrical crimp terminal 110 and disposed at an equally divided angle around a center axis of the cylindrical crimp terminal 110 supported by the support part 20; and a rotation mechanism 50 which can relatively rotate the support part 20 and the plurality of odd number of cameras 40 around the center axis of the cylindrical crimp terminal 110 supported by the support part 20, wherein the plurality of odd number of cameras 40 can simultaneously image at a plurality of positions at which the support part 20 and the plurality of odd number of cameras 40 are relatively rotated by the rotation mechanism 50.
