PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measuring sensor which is not subject to corrosion due to a measured fluid, such as a medical fluid having satisfactory temperature responsiveness, and effectively removing static electricity and noise using a simple structure, and to provide a temperature-measuring instrument that uses the temperature measuring sensor, and a method of manufacturing the temperature-measuring sensor. SOLUTION: The temperature-measuring sensor includes a temperature detector, constituted of a temperature sensor part, lead wires electrically connected to a base end portion of the temperature detector, and a protective tube covering at least the temperature detector portion. The protective tube is made of a material having carbon as the main component, and the temperature-measuring sensor further includes a metallic conductive case disposed so as to cover the protective tube and the lead wires. The upper end of the metallic conductive case is electrically connected to a destaticizing function member for destaticization, while a lower end of thereof is electrically connected to the protective tube.
