PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic product for forming double eyelids, free from unpleasant sensation in use, easy to use and keeping skin irritation mitigating effect, skin elasticity, moisture-retaining property, etc., in good conditions. SOLUTION: The cosmetic product for freely forming double eyelids includes a first agent for forming a ground to improve skin irritation mitigating effect, skin conditions and adhesiveness, and a second agent mainly for improving skin elasticity and adhesiveness durability.
