PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface formulation capable of efficiently delivering benzimidazoles or salicylanilides combined with macrocyclic lactones into animal blood flow so as to widely control endo-parasites (such as liver flukes and nematode) of animals by using a surface formulation easily applicable in once. SOLUTION: The formulation is an aqueous micellar formulation, contains a first active agent selected from water-insoluble benzimidazoles, salicylanilides and active derivatives or salts thereof, in combination with a second active agent selected from macrocyclic lactones or active derivatives or salts thereof, wherein the formulation is for surface application to animals and for controlling endo-parasites, and also comprises, per 1 liter of formulation: from about 100 to about 400 g veterinarily acceptable surfactant(s); from about 200 to about 750 g veterinarily acceptable water-miscible solvent(s); and from about 50 to about 350 g water.
