PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire realizing high maneuvering stability without impairing excellent ride comfort and silence, and making these various characteristics compatible with one another. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire is provided by arranging at least two belt layers in a tire tread pat, and has a width of 90-115% of a tire grounding width between the belt layer arranged on the innermost side in the tire radial direction among the belt layers and a carcass ply arranged by at least one sheet or more, and is provided with different rubber sheets on which JIS hardness satisfies the following expression (a) on the outside and inside when installed in a vehicle. The expression (a) is Hsout>Hsin, and here, the Hsout: the JIS hardness on the outside when installed in the vehicle, and the Hsin: the JIS hardness on the inside when installed in the vehicle.
