PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for installing a folded-plate roof in which each roof board material is formed long in the longitudinal direction and in the flow direction of the metal folded-plate roof, which can properly cope with even the occurrence of thermal expansion and contraction in the longitudinal direction of the roof board material, and which prevents distortion etc. from being generated in the folded-plate roof and the other substrate materials, etc. SOLUTION: The respective roof board materials 1 are formed long in the longitudinal direction and also in the flow direction of the metal folded-plate roof R while the flow direction has a proper angle θ of inclination. Throughout the folded-plate roof R, an immovable area S1 which is not thermally expanded and contracted is constituted in a proper range at an upstream side with respect to a longitudinal midpoint of the roof board material 1, and a movable area S2 is constituted in the other location. A fixed-type roof retainer F is provided in the immovable area S1 of the folded-plate roof R while a movable-type roof retainer M is provided in the movable area S2 of the metal folded-plate roof R. The fixed-type roof retainer F and the movable-type roof retainer M are attached to a substrate material 5 of a purlin, a beam, etc. on a construction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
