PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an extension circuit for a base-band signal which can maintain normal communication even when a signal of a plurality of kind components with largely different frequencies is carried out long distance transmission. SOLUTION: The extension circuit for the base-band signal of the invention includes a transmission processing unit 1 which amplifies a signal output from a node 101 of a transmission side node, and transmits it to a transmission route 100, and a signal processing unit 2 which suppresses the levels of respective signal components by attenuation amounts according to the frequency bands, executes compensation processing according to the frequency characteristics of the transmission route for a received signal after suppression and outputs the signal to a node 102 as a receiving side node so long as the circuit receives the signal transmitted to the transmission route 100, and the received signal includes two or more components with different frequency bands.
