<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the operation of a car so as to keep high transport capacity, even for floors in high demand. <P>SOLUTION: An elevator group management system includes a plurality of elevators 221-223 for giving services to a plurality of floors, and destination floor register elements 31-33 provided on an elevator landing for allowing a user to register a destination floor, and adequately allocates the elevator responding to the registered destination floor out of the plurality of elevators. The elevator group management system further includes a means 105 for calculating the arrival estimation time of each elevator, means 107, 108 for computing the estimated passenger number by the destination floor until each elevator arrives according to the estimated traffic demand within the time zone in which the destination floor call is generated, and a means 111 for determining an allocatable elevator taking into consideration not only the generated destination floor call, but also the estimated passenger number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
