<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reflected wave from an empty slot of a memory system in which a plurality of memory slots is bus-connected in parallel to a memory controller. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal substrate is inserted to the empty slot. The terminal substrate includes an insertion portion constituted to have the same shape as an insertion portion of a memory module, and a plurality of resistance elements, one-side ends of the resistance elements being connected respectively to a plurality of signal system plugs included in the insertion portion, and the other-side ends thereof being connected to any one of a plurality of power supply system plugs included in the insertion portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
