PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent device capable of indicating yet further superior light emission efficiency. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a light emission layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, a mixed organic layer interposed between the first electrode and light emission layer. The mixed organic layer includes a triphenyl amine derivative and a pyrazine derivative, and the light emission layer includes an anthracene derivative, an amine-containing styryl derivative or any mixture of them.
