PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heating cooker having cooking performance with high heating efficiency. SOLUTION: This electric heating cooker includes a body 1, an inner casing 4 forming a heating chamber 3 and having an opening 2 at the front face, a pivoting part 6 provided to a lower part at the front of the inner casing 4, a door 5 freely rotatably opening and closing by pivoting of the pivoting part 6, net front supporting parts 10 provided on the inner casing 4 side of the door 5, net rear supporting parts 12 sliding forward and rearward by providing sliding holes 11 at both sides of the inner casing 4, a net 9 supported by the net front supporting parts 10 and the net rear supporting parts 12 and supporting a cooking object, and shielding plates 15 provided on the net rear support parts 12 at the outside of the inner casing 4. The electric heating cooker is configured so that the shielding plates 15 close the sliding holes 11 when the door 5 is closed. By closing the sliding holes 11 by the shielding plates 15, thermal loss from the sliding holes 11 is prevented, to thereby enhance heating efficiency.
