PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous organic-inorganic composite composition forming a highly transparent organic-inorganic composite excellent in weather resistance, antifouling property, and anti-fogging property. SOLUTION: The aqueous organic-inorganic composite composition comprises a metal oxide (A) having particle size of 1-400 nm and polymer emulsion particles (B), which are obtained by polymerizing a hydrolyzable silicon compound (b1) and a vinyl monomer (b2) having a secondary/tertiary amide group in the presence of water and an emulsifying agent and have particle size of 10-800 nm. A mass ratio (b2)/(B) of the vinyl monomer (b2) having the secondary/tertiary amide group to the polymer emulsion particles (B) is 0.01-0.05. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
