PURPOSE: A hand cleanser containing perfume capsules is provided to enable the use of differently scented capsules for offering an aromatherapy effect to users. CONSTITUTION: A hand cleanser containing perfume capsules comprises a container(6), a pump(7), and a coating layer capsule(4). The container includes the lower side of a valve(1). The hand cleanser is discharged through the valve by the pumping operation of the pump. The pump includes an amount controlling screw(2) which rotates up and down, for controlling the usage amount of the cleanser. The capsule is produced to handle the pressure of the pump and alcohol inside the cleanser.
