MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PSEUDO-ELASTIC SHAPE MEMORY ALLOY MESH WASHER ISOLATOR

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a pseudo-elastic shape memory alloy mesh washer isolator is provided to prevent excessive vibration and impact and to control an insulation property according to the characteristics of electronic equipment by regulating the density and shape of a mesh washer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a pseudo-elastic shape memory alloy mesh washer isolator is as follows. Pseudo-elastic shape memory alloy wires are woven into a mesh form. The pseudo-elastic shape memory alloy mesh is pressed with a press device. The pressed pseudo-elastic shape memory alloy mesh is molded into a washer isolator(1). The washer isolator is inserted between electronic equipment(2) and a mount base(3).
