METHOD OF MANUFACTURING RESIN PIPE IMPROVED HEAT RESISTANT PROPERTY, AND RESIN PIPE PRODUCED THEREBY

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a resin pipe is provided to obtain a vinyl chloride resin pipe with excellent heat resistance while not degrading weather resistance and mechanical properties such as impact strength, tensile strength, and flexural strength. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a resin pipe with excellent heat resistance comprises the steps of: obtaining a vinyl chloride resin composition; mixing pure water, the resin composition, dispersing agent and water-soluble thickener in a reaction bath; substituting oxygen within the reaction bath with nitrogen, stirring the materials; adding a polymerization initiator into the reaction bath; removing unreacted materials and dehydrating the resultant to obtain a vinyl chloride resin; extruding the vinyl chloride resin to prepare a resin pipe; and heating the resin pipe with hot air of 40~60 °C for 50~100 seconds.
