<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive reflecting film that does not require a vacuum process, has a high reflection factor from the base material side, and shows a low specific resistance at the same level as a bulk that can be used as an electrode for a solar cells, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive reflecting film formed on a transparent conductive film formed on a photoelectric conversion layer of a super straight type thin film solar cell is characterized in forming a reflecting film to have an air layer in a part of an interface with the transparent conductive film by coating a composition containing metal nanoparticles on the transparent conductive film by a wet coating method and firing the base material having the coating film, the total area of the air layer being in a range from 5 to 70% to the area of the reflecting film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
