<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for allowing a user to easily pay a service charge and to achieve both customer satisfaction and recovery improvement. <P>SOLUTION: A server device applied to a charge collection system for collecting service charge from a user receiving a service in place of a provider providing the service includes: an e-mail transmitting part 12 for transmitting e-mail including data showing a demand note of charge payment to the user's terminal device when receiving data from a financial institution to the effect that the service charge cannot be withdrawn; a remitting part 13 for making a remittance corresponding to the service charge to the provider's account from a specific account when receiving data showing a request for the service charge in advance from the user's terminal device; and a collecting part 14 for asking for the service charge from the user's terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
