<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter which shortens the overall length in the thickness direction of two counterposed bus bars. <P>SOLUTION: The converter is equipped with a stack 10 in which a plurality of semiconductor modules 2 and a plurality of cooling tubes 4 are stacked. The power terminals 3 of the semiconductor modules 2 stand in at least two lines in the direction X of stacking. The power converter 1 is equipped with: the first bus bar 5 which connects with a power terminal 3 belonging to one row 31; and the second bus bar 6 which connects with a power terminal 3 belonging to the other row 32. The first bus bar 5 and the second bus bar 6 have plate-shaped bodies 50 and 60 and connecting terminals 51 and 61. The connecting terminal 51 of the first bus bar 5 projects toward the second bus bar 6 side, and the connecting terminal 61 of the second bus bar 6 projects toward the first bus bar 5 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
