<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frequency of the occurrence of a communication errors caused by a null state. <P>SOLUTION: Signals received by an antenna unit 30 are inputted from two points (both ends of an inductance element L21) having different impedance to generate demodulation signals Q1, Q2 by two systems of demodulation circuits (demodulation processing portions 41, 42 and binarizing portions 43, 44). Then, a decoding control portion 45 selects either (normal one) of the two systems of the demodulation signals Q1, Q2 to generate reception data (NRZ code) and outputs the generated data.
