PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that facilitates manufacturing a brush holder without needing a slide core. SOLUTION: A coil spring 74 has a coil 81 that is attached to the spring mount 73 of a retaining member 41, a first presser 82 that is extended from the upper end 81a of the coil 81 to push the brush 9 toward the side of a commutator (radially inward), and a second presser 83 that is extended from the lower end 81b of the coil 81 to press the brush 9 toward the sliding face 71 of the retaining member 41.
