PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high resolution imaging apparatus capable of performing high resolution imaging. SOLUTION: A high resolution imaging apparatus can be accomplished by: having an optical lens 2, of which the imaging plane is curved, and a moving module for moving the optical lens or an imaging element 4 for detecting an image; moving the optical lens or the imaging element; locally forming an image on the imaging element; and sequentially detecting signals of pixels corresponding to positions of the optical lens or the imaging element to produce all images, thereby detecting a best image corresponding to the position of the imaging element.
