PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate correction of registration at each change since a contact address for each day of the week and each time, and an optimum communication device for each destination need be registered in advance when a message party moves in message information transmission, and to automate a repetitive message request by oneself until verification of actual transmission of message information to the moving message party. SOLUTION: A message information transfer apparatus includes a message information reception device or method of a telephone or an electronic mail, a message party identification device, a device of determining the location of the message party, a device of registering a communication device at each location, and a message information transfer device. The message information transfer apparatus includes a plurality of communication devices of identifying the message party to be notified when receiving message information, determining the location of the identified message party, referring to the communication device registration device corresponding to the location, and selecting any registered communication device for transmission to a destination relating to the location.
