PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel and swing device for a construction machine, which can easily perform accurate forward/backward movement and swing by controlling main control valves in the same direction by one of a left travel pedal and a right travel pedal, and controlling the main control valves in opposite directions by the other. SOLUTION: The device includes a left drive motor and a right drive motor driven by working fluid, a left main control valve and a right main control valve which control movements of the left drive motor and the right drive motor, and a left pedal and a right pedal which adjust the operating states of the left main control valve and the right main control valve. One of the left pedal and the right pedal operates the left drive motor and the right drive motor in the same direction so that the construction machine can move forward and backward, and the other of the left pedal and the right pedal operates the left drive motor and the right drive motor in opposite directions so that the construction machine can swing.
