PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipid absorption inhibitor that has inhibitory activity to lipase and inhibitory activity to phospholipase A2, and is safe and effective and an amelioration agent or a prevention agent to obesity and dyslipidemia. SOLUTION: The lipase inhibitor, phospholipase A2, lipid absorption inhibitor, and the amelioration agent or prevention agent to obesity and dyslipidemia include the extract of star fruit as an effective ingredient.
