PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air circulation mattress for sufficiently obtaining a dehumidifying effect. SOLUTION: The flow-in air is dehumidified by a dehumidifier 14 where a moisture absorbent is applied on the base material. When a bed pad 11 is not used for sleep, the dehumidifier 14 is heated so as to evaporate the absorbed moisture. Thus, the dehumidifying ability of the dehumidifier 14 is recovered.
