PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling implement for preventing sunstroke and heat stroke, etc., as a first subject; to provide the cooling implement for suppressing perspiration at a part where perspiration is remarkable in a human body, such as a forehead, the entire neck, a parietal region, a temporal region, cheeks or a back upper side, and making comfortable cold feeling and cool feeling be felt for a long time at the part by a refrigerant agent as a second subject; and to provide the cooling implement capable of quickly wiping the respective perspiring parts of the human body as a third subject. SOLUTION: The cooling implement HC1 includes: a body 1 composed of a towel pile cloth and/or gauze cloth full of air permeability, water absorbability and flexibility; the refrigerant agent P having a water holding property, moisture absorbability and expansibility; a storage body 6 for storing the refrigerant agent P; and a pocket 5 formed at the almost center or on the vertical center line of the body 1 and composed of a gauze cloth.
