PURPOSE: A post mail receiving method and system thereof are provided to increase the productivity of a mail manufacturer and to reduce the delay of a receipt procedure by efficiently receiving the postal matter of various weights. CONSTITUTION: Input information about quantity according to each weight of a plurality of postal matters is received(S300). Weight information about samples is received from the postal matter(S340). Examination about the input information is implemented by using weight information(S360). The mail fee is calculated based on the validation results(S395).
